And… I am back!

It has been a while since I have written, which I am a little sad about. Life has just been moving fast lately, and I have not been able to keep up with everything I love. But things are settling down.I am starting life as a third-year medical student in clinical rotations. For those who do not know what that means, I am now learning in hospitals instead of a classroom. So, I get to see everything up close, ask questions to doctors who work in the hospital every day, and meet residents!

It has been two weeks now, and it has been fun so far—a touch different from what I expected. I have some slower days when I am not sure what to do with myself, but I am learning and getting back into old hobbies. So, it has been good.I made the move to a new state, where I am still awaiting my movers. The home I am currently in is a bit empty, but it has two of my wonderful cats—also known as my two top writing editors—so what more could a girl ask for?

Despite all of these changes, I have been working hard on a new book for everyone! It is a poetry book and the third installment in the Voice Of series. So, I am proud to show you the cover!

I am also happy to announce that I will be returning to writing weekly blogs. I know I have been a touch bad at keeping up with them, but I really want a more balanced life between studying and writing. I think I will find that balance during clinicals, so I am working hard to write things that I love and enjoy and share them with you guys.

Maybe it will not always be a blog. Sometimes, it may be a movie review or a book review. Either way, stay tuned for weekly updates!Your next update should be coming soon in the form of a release date for this new book, so keep a lookout.
